Summary
The Crusade of Eucharistic Reparation is a lay initiative led by OnePeterFive in partnership with Benedictus and Mass of the Ages. Bishop Athanasius Schneider, His Excellency, initiated this crusade in June 2020 to address profanations of the Blessed Sacrament during the COVID-19 pandemic. He added an intention for the reversal of Traditionis Custodes since then. The crusade aims to fight against the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist and calls for restoring Latin Masses, with specific requirements such as monthly adoration sessions and praying a Crusade Reparation prayer written by Schneider. Additionally, it includes plans for sharing articles, participating in documentary series, and promoting reparation masses, among other initiatives. The crusade also encourages followers to read and share several books, including Kwasniewski’s manifesto on Eucharistic Reparation and Bishop Laise’s treatise against Communion in Hand. Schneider suggests a “Day of Reparation for Crimes Against the Most Holy Eucharist” during Corpus Christi octave days, with a focus on purifying efforts through intercessions by Our Lady of Sorrows.
