Prayer of Saint James the Apostle to the Blessed Virgin of the Pillar
Msgr. Alberto José González Chaves prays to the Blessed Virgin Mary, recalling his apostolic work in Spain and seeking her intercession. He reflects on his fiery nature as a son of thunder and expresses concern over the lack of progress in evangelizing the land. During his prayer, he hears the Angelic Salutation and sees the Virgin Mary, who encourages him to persevere and build a church dedicated to her. She promises that mercy will be shown through this church. More: InfoVaticana
